Life without Food is just--a Fight.
Food is the answer to all Prayers. If you're tired, irritable, feeling sad, unsure, have mixed feels, need inspiration, want to make amends....whatever the issue is. Just sit down and have a bite to eat--I guarantee you things will get better. A belly full is a great way to move forward. It changes the course of your day if and when you need it.

nes has (much like Spirit, if anyone has noticed) my posture doesn't lend itself to enjoy a meal there. But as soon as I touch down, I am looking for the best spot to SMASH!!!
Dining is an experience, as it should be. Whether you are standing on the side of the road at a booth, food truck, or at the window of a Bodega in the middle of an island each bite takes you on a culinary journey into history, culture and I dare say an expression of LOVE. Hands that prepare food is a conversation--from the time it hits the pan until it reaches your LIPS. It's Amazing.
That's why during my time spent here in Aruba I decided to go on a Culinary tour: Visiting at least 10 places that are "worth writing home about". Aruba is known for being One Happy Island-- it's true, generally speaking, everyone here is kind, generous, and gracious in their offerings. You could stop someone dead in their tracks on their way to work and ask for directions and without any sense of haste, they'll tell you and even show you. Customer Service and Hospitality I'd say begins at an 8 out of 10.

P.S. this is going to be a change for me--I have a few dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies that "m observing. For example: No Poultry, No Dairy and No Eggs. Meanwhile, I am in the Land of Hollandaise Eggs, Dutch Pancakes, Frankfurter Sausages, Hot Dogs and Cheeses.....let's see how this goes.
