Awakening into 2018 with GYROKINESIS®

Today was the last class I taught GYROKINESIS® in the year 2017. I am grateful to have developed as an Apprentice Trainer at the Elements Wellness & Fitness Center. I've had the privilege of teaching enthusiastic participants, learning from the other GYROTONIC®, Pilates and Fitness Trainers with years of teaching experience under their belts.                   I'm grateful to have had such a supportive and optimistic boss who is eager to see me grow and thrive as a member of the community. I've grown over the course of six months in preparation to part III of my certification and onto the final stage as a Certified GYROKINESIS® Instructor. I am looking forward to a Promising Future as a Movement Practitioner in 2018 and in my efforts to make difference in the lives of many who are in need of wellness support and guidance. A Celebration of DC Legends
