Life is still very challenging and a waiting game in many of ways. And yet I decided as best to show up for myself more instead, take responsibility for my Joy, and despite the things I have no control over be radical about my Self Care. Travel YES, but also active rest. Hydration. Sleep. Laughter. And working on expressing my Love Language Daily.  Oh yea, and Leveling UP my Skills! I taught a Master Class on Somatics at Howard Univ.
